The Role
We’re actively seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to step into the role of Technical Services Manager. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual eager to immerse themselves in the fast-paced world of our young business, collaborating closely with the leadership team to shape and elevate Bloom’s presence in the industry. If you’re passionate about finding and executing win-win solutions, this role offers the perfect platform to drive best-in-class standards and leave an indelible mark on our expanding enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Aiding with the pre-construction process business wide, from PQQ submission, tender submission and contract negotiation.
- Manage Client relationships, ensuring rapport is established and developed with project stakeholders.
- Supply Chain management, consistently seeking new sub-contractors and suppliers in your field as well as building on existing relationships.
- Work closely with Site Teams to ensure effective delivery of the works, handovers and lessons learnt captured and actioned.
Key Skill Requirements
- Experience using Procore Project Management Tools.
- A degree in Engineering or a related field from a university.
- 5+ years experience in Technical Service Management or similar roles.
- Demonstrate a track record of managing and delivering projects.
- Strong written and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present to board level.
- Hold full working rights in the UK.
