We're a London-based principal contractor specialising in complex retrofit, working across commercial, residential, heritage and public sector projects from £50k to £10m.
We're hiring a Senior Estimator to lead the preparation and submission of accurate, competitive tenders, and to help build out our estimating function as the business grows. Reporting to our Pre-Construction Lead, you'll own full tenders end-to-end, help manage and develop the estimating team, and play a real role in shaping how we win work.
- Managing supply chain engagement and developing long-term subcontractor relationships
- Leading structured handovers to delivery teams to keep estimating and live projects aligned
- Mentoring and developing estimators as the team grows
- Working closely with the Commercial Director and Pre-Construction Lead on bid strategy and risk
A strong estimator with main contractor experience, ideally in sub-£10m complex retrofit. Confident running tenders end-to-end across a range of project types and contract forms.
