Warehouse Picker Location: Bedfordshire (On-site) Salary: £25k-28k Working hours: 8:30-17:30 (Weekdays only) Our client is a rapidly growing personal care brand taking the industry by storm globally. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join our growing team. This is a permanent position within a supportive work environment, offering excellent training and career prospects. The role involves picking and palletising customer orders, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of fast-moving consumer goods. You’ll also assist with occasional container unloading and general warehouse operations. Responsibilities * Accurately pick and prepare customer orders in line with dispatch schedules * Palletise and wrap goods securely, ensuring correct labelling for shipment * Assist with the unloading of incoming containers and stock replenishment * Maintain accurate stock records and report any discrepancies * Follow warehouse procedures and health & safety guidelines at all times * Keep work areas organised, clean, and safe * Operate warehouse handling equipment safely (after appropriate training) * Work collaboratively with the warehouse and production teams to meet daily targets Skills & Qualifications * Previous warehouse or picking experience within a FMCG or manufacturing environment preferred * Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure * Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling duties * Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team * Valid Flexi/Bendi/Pivot Steer Truck License (essential) * Basic numeracy and literacy skills
