Bloom Careers seeks a TikTok Shop Lead for a renowned multi-brand beauty group. You will own the TikTok Shop strategy, manage an external agency, and drive ambitious KPIs across GMV, CPA, ROAS and margin.
You’ll report to the Head of Marketplaces and collaborate with brand, ecommerce and creative teams to scale the channel as a core revenue engine. You'll lead an agency partner, set weekly KPIs, forecast GMV, and identify growth levers such as creator partnerships and new markets.
