Bloom Careers is seeking a TikTok Shop Lead to own and scale TikTok Shop across multiple premium beauty brands. You will manage an external agency partner, drive cross-functional initiatives with brand, ecommerce and creative teams, and focus on achieving ambitious KPIs such as GMV, CPA and ROAS.
You will lead strategy development, forecast growth, and continuously optimize performance while ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and market expansion.
