We’re recruiting a Senior Designer for a premium beauty brand to elevate its visual identity across every touchpoint. The successful candidate will have experience in the premium beauty space, and in creating digital assets across all platforms that are coherent, elevated, and strategically aligned. Responsibilities
- Shape and elevate the visual direction for campaigns, refining the brand’s aesthetic.
- Lead the visual execution of the brand across campaigns, product launches, paid media, CRM, landing pages, Amazon, and all ecommerce environments.
- Use performance data and A/B testing to iterate intelligently, refining visuals for stronger engagement and conversion.
- Elevate assets through refined design craft: composition, typography, colour, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Explore and experiment with new AI tools to strengthen our creative output.
- Use AI to accelerate delivery, create variations, generate video concepts and support asset creation.
- Mentor and review work from junior designers and freelancers, ensuring consistency and raising the creative bar across the brand.
- Maintain organised files and deliver assets optimised for multi-channel use.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in digital design, preferably in beauty.
- A portfolio that shows strong design craft and premium brand thinking, across both campaign work and performance-led assets.
- Proven experience designing for paid social, ecommerce, CRM, and digital campaigns.
- A strategic design mind: able to translate insights, briefs, and brand positioning into elegant creative solutions.
- Confident in using data to guide visual decisions and iterate effectively.
- Strong sense of typography, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.
- Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with AI tools for scaling is a plus.
- Experience guiding junior creatives or freelancers, with a supportive, constructive leadership approach.
- Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail; thrives in a fast-moving environment.
