Are you an innovative, creative, and commercially minded Designer?
We are excited to be working with a premium beauty brand who have exploded culturally, building a cult-like following. Due to continued growth and success, the opportunity to recruit a Packaging Designer has arisen.
Responsibilities
- Designing packaging concepts for beauty products, ensuring they align with brand identity and product positioning.
- Designing digital assets for social media, email marketing, and e-commerce.
- Creating static and motion-based content for Instagram, TikTok, and digital ads.
- Developing packaging layouts, dielines, and artwork for production, ensuring files are print-ready.
- Collaborating with product development teams to create packaging designs that reflect the brand’s story and appeal to customers.
- Ensuring all packaging designs comply with industry regulations and sustainability standards.
- Ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Editing and resizing images for different platforms.
- Staying up to date with social media design trends and sharing inspiration with the team.
- Taking ownership of projects from concept to final execution, with guidance from senior designers.
- Collaborating with copywriters, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver compelling creative.
- Receiving guidance and feedback from senior designers to develop your skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Passion for beauty, branding, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Figma (essential).
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- A portfolio showcasing packaging/artworking .
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
