National Account Executive (15 Month FTC)

£38k - £42k + Bonus and Benefits

We’re recruiting a National Account Executive for an iconic, premium beauty brand with a cult-like following. This role will involve managing direct relationships with key retailers, supporting NAMs with major accounts, driving sales performance, and supporting strategic account plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, commercials, account support, a strong understanding of the beauty sector, and excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the National Account Manager with day to day with major national retailers (e.g., Boots and Superdrug) including but not limited to visual merchandising, listings, and support on retailer promotions
  • Track sales performance, category trends, and forecast stock requirements
  • Collaborate on trade marketing, in-store activations, and product launches
  • Support pricing, negotiations, pitch decks, and co-manage the wholesale coordinator

Requirements

  • 2+ years supporting NAM/KAM on Major UK accounts
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Google 365 experience
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and category insights.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel, ERP, and CRM systems. VLookups, Pivot tables, macros.
