Due to continued growth and success, the opportunity to recruit a Social Media Manager has arisen to elevate their social media presence across multiple platforms, build engaged communities, create scroll-stopping content and drive business impact.
The successful candidate will be an expert in creating beautiful, high-quality content, and experience in the skincare category. In return, our client offers fantastic benefits, a supportive work environment and excellent career prospects.
Responsibilities- Implementation of Social Media Strategy: work closely with the Head of Marketing to devise and execute social media strategies across current and emerging platforms, with particular focus on Tik Tok.
- Channel Growth: Drive growth across all social platforms by increasing followers, engagement, and reach. Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and consumer behaviour, ensuring content remains relevant.
- Content Management: Own the planning and scheduling of the weekly social calendar across all channels, ensuring alignment with the marketing calendar and supportive of commercial needs.
- Content Creation: ownership of all social content creation to include editing existing material, creating new lo-fi content and working in partnership with the in-house creative team.
- Educational Storytelling: Build clear, accessible, and compelling educational content that demystifies skincare, explains product benefits, and helps consumers understand routines, usage, and expected results. Ensure the brand is perceived as a trusted authority in skincare.
- 3+ years experience in social media management within the beauty, lifestyle or related industry. Some skincare experience is essential.
- Proven experience in managing multiple social media channels for a brand, with a strong track record of driving growth, engagement, and business results. Skincare experience required.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with the ability to quickly adapt and leverage new opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Strong design skills and ability to use design editing platforms (e.g. Adobe, Figma).
- Someone comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment with shifting priorities.
- Event and admin support.
