This is a hands-on role at the intersection of influencer marketing, content and brand.

You'll own the full creator funnel from discovery and strategy through to content, affiliate and performance, building long-term creator relationships that drive real commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute influencer strategy: tiers, budgets, and briefs aligned to launches and KPIs.
  • Build, grow and retain a high-performing creator network through strong briefs and engagement.
  • Lead negotiations to maximise ROI, usage rights and long-term partnership value.
  • Analyse performance data (reach, engagement, CTR, sales) to optimise creators and content.
  • Scale the affiliate programme and maximise content value across paid, organic and ecommerce.
  • Create hands-on short-form content to set the creative benchmark.
  • Partner with Brand, Social and Creative teams; stay ahead of trends and competitors.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years in influencer marketing / creator partnerships (beauty, lifestyle or DTC).
  • Proven track record building and scaling creator ecosystems end-to-end.
  • Confident short-form content creator - Tik Tok, Reels, Shorts, filming and editing.
  • Strong negotiator with a data-aware, highly organised approach.
  • Genuine passion for skincare and sustainability.
