Overview
Our client is a leading premium beauty brand. Due to continued growth and success, they are seeking an experienced Content Production & Studio Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of creative assets across marketing and digital channels. This role is responsible for turning creative concepts into high-quality content by managing production workflows, studio operations, shoots, and external suppliers. You will act as the operational backbone of content creation, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the planning, scheduling, and prioritisation of all creative and content production activity to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across internal teams and external partners, adjusting workloads as required to maintain delivery timelines.
- Oversee creative workflows from brief through to final delivery, ensuring clear handovers, approvals, and version control throughout the process.
- Lead the production of campaigns and content shoots, including sourcing talent, suppliers, props, locations, and equipment as required.
- Manage on-set delivery to ensure shot lists are completed efficiently and creative output meets campaign requirements.
- Oversee post-production processes, including retouching, editing, asset management, and final delivery across channels.
- Act as the day-to-day lead for studio operations, ensuring spaces, equipment, and resources are organised and production-ready.
- Build and manage relationships with external suppliers, negotiating rates and maintaining a trusted network of partners.
- Track delivery performance, risks, and capacity, providing regular reporting and recommending process improvements.
- Support and develop junior team members and contributors, setting clear expectations and maintaining consistent standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing content production or studio operations within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong working knowledge of creative production workflows, photoshoots, and post-production processes.
- Hands-on experience coordinating external suppliers, freelancers, and production partners.
- Experience using workflow or project management platforms to manage deadlines, capacity, and delivery.
- Understanding of budget management, scheduling, and production logistics.
- Familiarity with emerging production tools, technologies, and AI-supported workflows (desirable).
