The Marketing Director will be responsible for leading the execution of their global marketing strategy, driving awareness, engagement, and brand relevance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a global marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and engagement.
• Oversee campaigns across digital, social, email, and more, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing with commercial objectives.
• Develop high-performing, creative content strategies tailored to each channel.
• Build and nurture a loyal, engaged customer community.
• Track and optimise campaign ROI, ensuring measurable impact.

Requirements

• Proven marketing leadership experience in fast-growing, purpose-led brands.
• Strong ROI mindset with creative problem-solving and growth hacking skills.
• Experience building engaged communities and enhancing customer lifetime value.
• Deep understanding of premium content and design within beauty/luxury sectors.
• Skilled cross-functional collaborator with strong storytelling capabilities.
• Experience in beauty/skincare and managing global campaigns is highly preferred.
• Confident leadership team contributor who supports broader business strategy.
