My client is a rapidly growing, founder-led wellness brand. Due to global expansion, the opportunity to recruit a Global Account Manager has arisen to drive sales growth within their key accounts. With the support of the Account Manager, the purpose of this role is to manage and grow relationships with their existing retail partners in the UK and internationally. The successful candidate will have experience managing grocer accounts such as Sainsburys, but ideally a broader range; they are also stock listed in luxury retailers such as Harrods and Selfridges

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and distribution partners to drive revenue growth and brand expansion.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to meet sales targets, focusing on account growth, product placement, and new market opportunities.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and merchandising initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of product listings, promotions, and digital presence across all key accounts.
  • Lead efforts to grow the brand’s presence in travel retail and international markets, including staff training and merchandising execution.
  • Manage inventory coordination and account support, ensuring seamless order processing and fulfilment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, track account performance, and provide data-driven insights to refine strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing key accounts or driving sales within the FMCG, wellness or consumer products sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline ideal
  • At least 3 years of hands-on FMCG experience, including working with global retail chains and distribution networks.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement sales growth strategies, trade marketing initiatives, and retail partnerships.
  • Skilled in using customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and data-driven sales tools to streamline operations.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising, retail execution, and supply chain logistics to ensure smooth product distribution.
  • Previous experience in global retail expansion or travel retail markets is advantageous.
