Our client is a premium skincare brand on the lookout for an eCommerce Manager to lead DTC trading. The successful candidate will be experienced in managing DTC eCommerce, trading calendars and forecasting. Responsibilities
- Own sales performance
- Lead trading across DTC website and Amazon (in partnership with Amazon agency)
- Work with CRM Manager on devising and executing conversion and retention strategies
- Own and maintain the DTC Activation Calendar
- Manage the web development agency
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing forecasts, trading calendars, and performance delivery.
- Strong collaborator with experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
- A performance-driven mindset with ownership of targets and forecasts.
- At least 3 to 4 years experience in a similar role, ideally within the premium beauty, wellness or lifestyle industries.
