Responsibilities
- Lead customer activation, engagement, and retention across global Direct-to-Consumer markets
- Full CRM ownership with performance media planning, using data insights to drive growth across the UK, US, and EU.
- Work across lifecycle marketing, paid media strategy, and customer journey optimisation to support commercial performance and brand expansion.
- Oversee CRM execution by managing campaigns and automated flows, improving lifecycle journeys, and ensuring consistent communication across all customer touchpoints.
- Work with media agencies to create and manage performance-led paid media plans and coordinate with creative teams to deliver optimised campaign assets.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or paid media, ideally within DTC, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- Practical experience using CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of segmentation, customer journey mapping, CAC, LTV, and ROAS analytics.
- Experience managing agencies and briefing creative content for performance campaigns.
- Strong organisational skills with experience delivering multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
