We’re working with a leading premium skincare brand to appoint a National Account Executive to support key UK retail accounts during an exciting phase of growth. This role sits within a collaborative commercial team and works closely with senior account leadership, offering strong exposure to major beauty retailers and end-to-end account activity.
Responsibilities
- Support the National Account Manager across major national and independent retail accounts
- Build strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring excellent execution and visibility
- Track sales performance, analyse trends, and support forecasting and demand planning
- Assist with trade marketing activity, promotions, and product launches
- Support pricing discussions, promotional planning, and trade spend management
- Oversee wholesale orders from receipt through to delivery, liaising with supply chain teams
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in account management or sales support within beauty, FMCG, or retail
- Exposure to major UK retailers and wholesale environments, ideally M&S or John Lewis
- Strong commercial awareness with confidence working with sales data and reports
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Passionate about beauty retail and omnichannel trading
