We are working with a premium skincare brand who are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead the day-to-day management and development of a consumer brand across all marketing and commercial touchpoints. Acting as the central brand owner, you will ensure consistency, commercial impact, and creative excellence across campaigns, partnerships, product launches, retail execution, and digital channels. The position requires ownership of brand performance, from strategy through execution, working closely with internal teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the brand’s positioning, messaging, and visual identity, ensuring consistency and commercial impact across all channels.
  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, managing agencies and partners to produce high-quality creative assets on time and within budget.
  • Lead brand partnerships, PR initiatives, and collaborations, tracking performance and optimising activity to maximise reach and brand equity.
  • Drive new product launches by shaping go-to-market strategies, defining positioning, and coordinating execution across marketing and commercial teams.
  • Partner with sales, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure strong brand representation across physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Manage brand performance, budgets, and reporting, using market insights and data to inform future strategy and growth opportunities.

  • Understands brand as a commercial growth driver, not just an aesthetic or comms function.
  • Has experience managing PR and partnerships, with the confidence to engage directly with media and external stakeholders.
