Help shape the future of coaching at a fast-paced, mission-driven startup. We're looking for a proactive, organised individual who's not afraid of hard work and excited by the opportunity to make a real impact. This is a unique role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment — it's not for the faint-hearted, but it is an exciting chance to help influence and shape how we deliver coaching at scale.
We're Bloom — a coaching-tech startup blending group learning, AI copilots, and bold, cinematic content to help leaders, managers and teams grow. Less like training. More like story-driven, behaviour-shifting experiences.
We're in sprint mode — building and testing course modules like "You Gave Feedback & Nothing Changed" and "All Talk, No Action." The material is strong. Now we need help making it addictive.
The Role: Writer–Producer
You'll help us shape and produce signature modules from raw ideas to finished experiences. This is part-writing, part-producing. Structure meets flair.
What You'll Do:
- Turn raw coaching insights into sharp scripts (trailers, explainers, prompts, etc.)
- Shape learning arcs using the signature Bloom spine
- Produce short-form, high-emotion video content (animated / filmed hybrid)
- Source film clips, visuals, quotes, and moments that land with modern managers
- Build or guide slide decks, Notion pages, or Figma files that support delivery
- Write titles and headlines that cut through L&D noise and drive engagement
- Collaborate with our CXO, coaching and product team on live session rhythm and prompts
You Are A Fit If:
- You've written or produced content in the coaching, learning, or creative space
- You have a sharp ear for tone and pacing
- You understand how people learn and where behaviour gets stuck
- You know how to shape a feeling with film, sound, or story
- You're confident with tools like Notion, Figma, Canva
You Get Bonus Points If:
- You've worked on L&D content that doesn't feel like L&D
- You've scripted for voiceover, trailers, or explainer-style videos
- You've helped build group learning experiences or AI-integrated content
- You can tell when a title just works — and why
To Apply:
To create the sample of a module and you can pick either of these scenarios below:
- a) How to sharpen your communication at work
- b) A manager who's great at their job but struggles to let go and delegate
Include:
- A short note on what you would suggest for structure, user experience and journey and the appropriate content
- Portfolio link of 2–3 samples (either of scripts, videos, visuals, decks anything you've shaped with an L&D lens)
- Your rate and availability for End Jan–April
Share your application with subject: "I Make Learning Stick"
Details:
- Immediate start - 2–3 days/week, from End Jan 2026
- This is a hybrid (2 days a week in a co-working space) London-based role.
- Paid (based on experience)
About You
This role is ideal for someone who's organised, proactive, and energised by working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves, tackle new challenges, and figure things out on the fly — all while keeping the trains running on time.
You'll thrive here if you:
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams (coaching, operations, product)
- Are highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
- Are tech-savvy and confident learning new tools and systems quickly
- Can juggle multiple tasks and priorities without dropping the ball
- Are proactive and solutions-focused — you spot inefficiencies and take action to improve them
- Enjoy solving operational puzzles and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes
