We are currently recruiting for full-time Retail Assistant roles in our new London stores. Whilst previous retail experience is required, comprehensive optical training will be provided for this position.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing an amazing in-store customer experience.
- Overseeing the complete lifecycle of orders and providing consistent after-sale assistance.
- Being creative and constantly considering new ways to help us provide the best possible customer service.
You’re driven and self-motivated - you want to excel at what you do! You believe in understanding a customer’s pain, building value and solving problems.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in retail.
- Fluent English speaker with exceptional verbal, written and general communication skills.
- Comfortable in a digital environment.
