Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales in store through best in class customer service, demonstrating commercial acumen and providing inspiring leadership to your team.
- Nurture and develop a culture of beautiful service through leading by example, observation and in-moment coaching.
- Run an efficient business by minimising stock loss, keeping displays up to date and the store environment looking immaculate.
- Ensure our retail standards are maintained throughout all areas of the store at all times.
- Adopt an upside-down management approach with coaching at the forefront.
- Develop a high performing team driven by strong cultural values.
- Bring out the best in our store teams through 121s, coaching, frequent reviews, and role modelling.
- Be the voice of the customer and advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
- Help maintain a high standard of work according to the QA system and British Standards.
- Maintain good working relationships with all other staff, both within the store and in the wider organisation.
- Assist in the recruitment, on-boarding, training and development of employees.

- Prior experience in the optical industry would be advantageous.
