Early Years Practitioner A private day nursery in Stratford is currently recruiting for a level 2 or level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner. The successful candidate will need to hold EYE, NVQ or a recognised equivalent Early Years Childcare qualification. You will also ideally have a minimum of 6 months Early Years setting experience, demonstrating a sound understanding of both the Early Years Foundation Stage and key worker practices. Position Details Your role: Working as part of a team promoting an enabling environment in which children can play, learn and develop. Planning and delivering activities to extend and support children’s development and learning outcomes. Carrying out observations, evaluating, and recording children’s progress. Planning and implementing next steps to support children’s development. What you will need: An NNEB, CACHE, EYT or an equivalent Early Years Practitioners/Teaching qualification. An understanding of the EYFS, planning and assessment procedures. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. An understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
