Nursery Practitioner A position has become available for an experienced Nursery Practitioner at our clients day nursery in Richmond. This is an outstanding nursery setting which is part of an independent nursery group that has an excellent reputation for its childcare provision and promotes an open, friendly and supportive environment for its practitioners. Position Details Your role: Supporting children’s development through the provision of safe, stimulating child-centred learning and play Delivering activities to support and extend childrens learning and development outcomes Monitoring, assessing and recording childrens progress Planning and delivering next steps to support childrens development What you will need: A level 2 or level 3 Early Years Practitioners qualification or for unqualified Nursery Assistants a minimum of 6 months Early Years nursery setting experience An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework An understanding of planning, observing and record-keeping procedures An understanding of safeguarding procedures What you can expect: A supportive and rewarding working environment £12.50 – £15.00 per hour starting salary, negotiable A range of employee benefits Generous holiday allowance To apply to this Nursery Practitioner position please submit your CV using the apply link.
