Based in Manchester, this role offers a leadership position in project delivery. As a Senior member of the team you will be working on and taking complete ownership of complex schemes. A high level of responsibility and autonomy will be given to you to shine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the production and coordination of detailed working drawing packages with minimal supervision
  • Lead and manage BIM assets and standards across the studio
  • Provide technical guidance on building regulations and compliance requirements
  • Advise on material selection, buildability and construction detailing where needed
  • Ensure designs meet all relevant legal, statutory, and professional standards
  • Carry out and contribute to Designer Risk Assessments in line with CDM regulations
  • Coordinate design information across multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
  • Liaise with statutory authorities and support planning and regulatory submissions
  • Independently and proficiently deliver projects using Revit
  • Plan project work schedules and actively monitor progress through each stage of delivery
  • Undertake site visits and inspections at all stages of construction
  • Prepare technical tender documentation, construction packages and recommendations
  • Carry out measured surveys
  • Maintain high standards of quality assurance across project delivery
  • Support a culture of collaboration, sharing knowledge and supporting team members where needed
Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture or other relevant qualification
  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience within a UK architectural practice and a minimum 6+ years working on workplace projects
  • Strong track record in delivering technical packages and leading all project stages using Autodesk Revit
  • Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction legislation
  • Knowledge of current and emerging fire safety regulations
  • Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload independently while contributing to a wider team
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Collaborative and positive attitude
