Operations Deputy Lead

This position requires hands‑on operational execution, and therefore on‑site presence 5 days per week. The right candidate for this role must be able to evidence 3+ years of experience in physical multi‑site management experience, including facilities management. This role reports directly to the Operations Lead and plays a key part in delivering our operational strategy. While it is not a leadership team role, it offers significant responsibility and visibility across the business, and provides opportunity for someone looking to take on senior level responsibility within a growing company.
