Are you currently working in the PE Services industry as a Project Manager or Contract Manager and looking for something special from your next role? Blocktech MEP has an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking on behalf of our client for a PE Services specialist who has aspirations of becoming a director, having more autonomy, and really being able to put their stamp on the company.
Suitable candidates need to possess the following key attributes/skillsets as a minimum:
- Detailed knowledge and experience in multi-utilities, PE services for gas, water, BCW, fire mains, sprinkler mains etc.
- Experience in estimating projects ranging from 5k - 2M
- Access to installation teams (either direct or sub-contract labour)
- Comprehensive knowledge of the industry and technical specifications, standards and regional regulations
- Basic knowledge of forms of contracts
- Commercial & contracting experience
- Contacts with product manufacturers and suppliers to enable negotiation of best discounts
- Commercial understanding and the ability to take ownership and deliver projects within budget, with knowledge of P&L accounts
- Business acumen to grow the department, and able to draw a business plan to demonstrate the growth path, and the key points and stages.
- Demonstrate stability and loyalty by spending a minimum of 4 years with the same firm within PE Services.
- Experience in taking projects from Inception to Completion and hand over (with examples of completed projects).
If successful, there are several different options available and open to discussion including:
- A salary range of 65,000 to 75,000 depending on experience with an uncapped OTE.
- Profit related Bonus scheme
- Pension Scheme
- Client Introduction Bonus scheme
