As a Treasury Operations Analyst in the Financial Operations team, you will oversee the operational functions related to FIAT and Crypto treasury flows. This role requires a good understanding of different types of fund flows, day-to-day payment operations, banking integrations and the ability to introduce robust controls and reconciliation processes. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and process automation in an evolving and fast-paced market environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Monitor and manage all non-linear financial operations, with a primary focus on treasury operations and controls, lifecycle event management, settlement processes and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate closely with product, trading, risk, treasury, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution, funding optimization, and proper risk controls.
  • Develop and enhance automation tools for risk monitoring, P&L attribution, and reconciliation processes for treasury operations.
  • Investigate and solve cash reconciliation breaks and settlement issues.
  • Ensure robust operational workflows and risk controls are in place to support scaling of product offerings and expansion to new markets.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, risk methodologies, and regulatory developments in digital asset markets.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial operations, preferably within treasury, compliance and reconciliations.
  • Strong understanding of cash and liquidity management operations.
  • Experience working with multiple banking partners, payment gateways and processors.
  • Knowledge of DeFi products and protocols is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
