We are looking for a Product Analyst to join the Consumer Product group and help drive data-informed decision-making across our consumer experiences. This role sits at the core of product development: partnering closely with Product Managers, Design, Engineering, and Growth to identify opportunities, measure impact, and shape product strategy through data. You will have a defined problem space (e.g., onboarding, trading, retention, payments, or growth funnels), acting as the analytical counterpart to Product Managers. This is not a reporting role — you will help define what we should build and why and help execute on these decisions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Own Product Analytics for a Consumer Domain
- Become the analytical owner of a specific product area within the Consumer organization
- Develop deep understanding of user behavior, funnels, and lifecycle dynamics
- Define success metrics and measurement frameworks for product initiatives
- Partner Closely with Product Managers
- Work day-to-day with PMs to frame problems and prioritize opportunities
- Translate ambiguous product questions into structured analyses
- Support roadmap decisions with quantitative insights
- Drive Data-Driven Decision Making
- Build dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and monitoring systems
- Analyze user journeys, conversion funnels, retention cohorts, and feature adoption
- Identify growth levers and friction points across the product experience
- Experimentation & Impact Measurement
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments
- Evaluate feature launches and quantify business impact
- Establish causal understanding, not just descriptive reporting
- Data Exploration & Insight Generation
- Proactively surface opportunities using behavioral and transactional data
- Partner with Data Engineering to improve data quality and instrumentation
- Advocate for strong analytics standards across teams
- 1-3 years experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or similar roles
- Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets independently
- Fluency with experimentation and problem solving
- Experience working directly with Product Managers in a product organization
- Strong business intuition and ability to connect data → product decisions
- Deeply data-driven but product-minded
- Curious and proactive — not waiting for questions
- Entrepreneurial - able to pivot very regularly
- Experience in fintech, crypto, marketplaces, or consumer apps at scale
- Python or statistical modeling experience
- Familiarity with payments or trading products
- Interest in crypto and decentralized finance

- This is a role based in our London office, with a mandatory in-office presence three days per week.
