Junior Front-End Engineer (Web3) London

• Design and build cutting-edge Web3 applications, prioritising intuitive UX and top-tier performance to deliver seamless, impactful user experiences.

• Web3 Interest: A foundational understanding of blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, and Web3 development, with a strong desire to go deeper. Exposure to client-side signing or crypto transaction flows is a plus.
• Technical Foundations: Working knowledge of TypeScript and React, with exposure to Web3 libraries (e.g., web3.js, ethers.js) and wallet integrations, or a strong interest in learning them.
• Initiative & Growth Mindset: Eagerness to take ownership of your work—writing, testing, and shipping front-end features with increasing independence.
• Problem-Solving: Willingness to ask questions, seek clarity, and refine ideas through collaboration with engineers, designers, and product stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Excitement to work across both Web2 and Web3 challenges, and the ability to adapt quickly in a high-growth environment.
