Finance Transformation Manager

Blockchain.com is a global crypto company helping millions of people safely access cryptocurrency. It has grown to facilitate over $1 trillion in crypto transactions.

We are seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to lead and drive strategic initiatives that optimize and automate our finance function. The ideal candidate is a change agent with a strong understanding of finance processes, technology, and best practices.

What you will do

• Work alongside the Finance team to develop and implement a comprehensive finance transformation roadmap aligned with the company\’s strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization across all finance functions (e.g., accounting, reporting, planning, analysis).
• Lead the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and data visibility.
• Automate manual tasks within finance processes, such as reconciliations during month-end close, including creation of APIs and data scraping functionality.
• Evaluate and recommend new finance technologies and connectivity between systems (ERPs, FP&A software, RPA).
• Manage project teams, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and training materials.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 5‑7 years of relevant experience at a high‑growth company.
• Experience working within a finance function, ideally Finance Operations or as a Finance Manager/Controller (familiarity with month‑end close and annual close processes).
• Experience with implementing and integrating finance technologies (ERP, FP&A software, RPA).
• Understanding of internal and external audit processes is a plus.
• Desire to work independently and collaborate as part of an international team.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with NetSuite and FloQast is a plus.
