• Strong product sense — builder mentality
• Experience shipping SaaS tools, marketplaces, or infra products
• Comfortable owning architecture, stack decisions, and technical roadmap
• Startup energy — zero-to-one mindset
• Passion for trust systems, future of work, AI tooling, or network design
