- Strong product sense — builder mentality
- Experience shipping SaaS tools, marketplaces, or infra products
- Comfortable owning architecture, stack decisions, and technical roadmap
- Startup energy — zero-to-one mindset
- Passion for trust systems, future of work, AI tooling, or network design
