We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist / HR Operations to join their team. The role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth HR operations, driving employee engagement, and supporting organisational effectiveness. You will manage a wide range of HR activities, including payroll, oversee the day-to-day HR operations, managing the key employee lifecycle and employee and team support.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across the employee lifecycle and across HR dept.
- First line support for employees, managing HR inbox and escalate questions.
- Managing day-to-day HR functions.
- Conduct employee conversations and minor employee related issues with confidentiality and confidence.
- Working with the payroll and benefits team to effectively administer compensation and incentives.
- Maintaining and updating employee records on HRIS and files.
- Providing required reports and ensuring employee data is kept up to date.
- Work closely with the UK and global lead on senior people related issues, projects and strategy and ensure it aligns with business objectives.
- Conducting key HR transactions, including hiring, onboarding, probation periods and offboarding processes and provide employee lifecycle related letters e.g. salary increases, end of probation, promotions.
- Assist with background and reference checks.
Experience and Requirements:
- CIPD qualification desirable not essential.
- Proven relevant experience in HR operations.
- Good knowledge of employment law and working on employment cases.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
