Block is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to source, negotiate, and scale partnerships that fuel seller acquisition, retention, and business growth across the United Kingdom. Partners include referral networks, distributors, service providers, technology platforms, and strategic ecosystems that provide lead generation, co‑sell, co‑marketing, and product enablement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and execute deals: Identify, evaluate, and secure high‑impact partners; lead negotiations and close large‑scale partnership deals and product integrations.
- Product partnership development: Collaborate closely with Product and Product Marketing to design partnership experiences that delight sellers, ensuring integrations are seamless, valuable, and well positioned in the market.
- Growth accountability: Deliver measurable results in lead generation, seller acquisition, and pipeline contribution through your portfolio of strategic partnerships.
- Activation and scaling: Launch partnerships with clear GTM plans, co‑marketing initiatives, and integrated roadmaps; work hand‑in‑hand with Product Marketing to bring partnerships to life for sellers.
- Executive relationship management: Build and sustain senior‑level relationships with partners, ensuring long‑term value creation and mutual growth.
- Cross‑functional collaboration: Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Legal to ensure smooth execution and maximum impact.
- Measurement and optimisation: Define and track KPIs for partnership success, adjusting strategy and tactics as needed to drive continuous growth.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, and/or product partnerships, with demonstrated progression in scope and impact.
- Hands‑on experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing large‑scale partnerships and product integrations.
- Strong collaboration skills with Product Marketing; experience shaping partner positioning, co‑marketing, and GTM narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to connect partnership strategy directly to measurable seller acquisition and revenue outcomes.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with a broad range of teams, with an ownership mentality.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with experience engaging at the executive level.
- Background in SaaS, fintech, or payments strongly preferred.
