We offer flexible, collaborative, co-working space, located inside the iconic Sunlight House, set in the heart of the business district, providing co-working hubs, private cellular offices, and versatile meeting spaces. Further to substantial investment into BLOCK, we are now expanding BLOCK’s offering to Manchester’s dynamic workplace market, and we are looking for a commercially minded Sales Manager to join our team. This role is key to driving occupancy and revenue across our serviced offices, co-working and meeting room space.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating leads and converting enquiries into members/tenants.
- Building strong relationships with members to ensure retention and growth.
- Delivering tours, proposals, and closing deals.
- Representing the brand at events and within the local business community.
- Supporting marketing, partnerships, and our community building initiatives.
- Act as brand ambassador, promoting respect, equality and dignity at work at all times.
Required Skills / Experience
- Previous experience in flexible workspace sales and business development.
- Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills.
- Target driven with a positive, client focused approach.
- Confident using CRM systems and MS Office.
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination, content creation, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram etc.).
- Act as brand ambassador, promoting respect, equality and dignity at work at all times.
