Block is seeking a Strategic Programs Lead to join the GTM Programs & Product Intelligence team within Revenue. In this highly autonomous role, you will plan and drive cross-functional initiatives, from product launches to strategic partnerships, ensuring readiness across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Operations.
You will influence decisions, establish governance, and guide complex programs from planning through post-launch stabilization, partnering with senior leaders.
