On-Site Property Manager

Location: Portsmouth Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Site-based Sector: Block Management We’re working with a highly regarded and prestigious residential development in Portsmouth, seeking a professional and proactive On-Site Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of this impressive site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a property professional with block management experience who enjoys being client-facing, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and thrives in a hands-on management role.
