What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for residents, contractors, and stakeholders on-site
  • Coordinating all maintenance, compliance, and health & safety across the development
  • Managing budgets, service charges, and reporting in collaboration with head office
  • Overseeing on-site staff and third-party contractors to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues proactively
  • Supporting resident engagement and ensuring satisfaction with the living environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in residential block management (site-based experience is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of building management, health & safety, and service delivery standards
  • A people-first approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organised, confident, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • IRPM qualifications are desirable but not essential
