We’re working with a highly regarded and prestigious residential development in Portsmouth, seeking a professional and proactive On-Site Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of this impressive site.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the main point of contact for residents, contractors, and stakeholders on-site
- Coordinating all maintenance, compliance, and health & safety across the development
- Managing budgets, service charges, and reporting in collaboration with head office
- Overseeing on-site staff and third-party contractors to ensure excellent service delivery
- Conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues proactively
- Supporting resident engagement and ensuring satisfaction with the living environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in residential block management (site-based experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of building management, health & safety, and service delivery standards
- A people-first approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Organised, confident, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- IRPM qualifications are desirable but not essential
