We are seeking a professional and reliable Live-In Porter for a residential block (c22 flats) in one of London’s most prestigious areas, a short walk from Kensington Palace Gardens and Hyde Park. The 1 bedroom porter’s flat has just finished being refurbished and is in new condition.
Responsibilities:
- Daily cleaning of communal areas
- Rubbish collection from each doorstep
- Meeting and supervising contractors
- Health & safety checks (fire alarms, emergency lighting, etc.)
- Monitoring CCTV and reporting issues
- Light maintenance and small repairs
- Supporting residents and managing deliveries/access
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have experience working as a live-in porter/concierge in luxury residential blocks
- A proactive, professional attitude
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Some knowledge of building maintenance
- Someone who takes pride in keeping the building clean, secure, and running smoothly
