Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to take on a diverse and dynamic role? We are seeking a motivated and professional PRS Property Manager to join our growing team in Hitchin. This is a full 360 role, offering the opportunity to manage every aspect of the property lifecycle from drafting tenancy agreements to handling checkouts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting Tenancy Agreements: Prepare, review, and execute tenancy agreements in line with current legal standards.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all properties meet regulatory standards, keeping up to date with housing laws, safety regulations, and landlord requirements.
  • Move-In Coordination: Manage tenant onboarding, including property inspection reports, inventories, and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Property Management: Handle day-to-day management of the portfolio, addressing tenant inquiries, arranging maintenance, and dealing with any issues that arise.
  • Check-Outs & End of Tenancy: Organise tenant checkouts, conduct property inspections, manage deposit disputes, and ensure properties are ready for re-letting.
  • Tenant & Landlord Liaison: Build strong relationships with both tenants and landlords to ensure satisfaction and smooth operations.
About You:
  • Proven experience in property management within the private rental sector (PRS).
  • Strong knowledge of current property laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
