Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (could look at £45,000 DOE)
Working pattern: Hybrid – 2 days in the office (one being Thursday for team meetings) and 3 days working remotely
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Block Manager who’s ready to take ownership of a portfolio from day one. You’ll be responsible for around 20–25 sites, a mix of blocks of flats and leasehold houses, totalling approximately 800 units.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven block management experience – confident managing a portfolio independently
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ideally ATPI or MTPI qualified (desirable but not essential)
