Estate Manager Location: South West London, Kensington Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience) Working Days: Mon-Friday, 9-5PM Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time Overview: My client is seeking an experienced and proactive Estate Manager to oversee a number of blocks at a prominent residential estate in South West London. This is an exciting, exclusive opportunity to manage a large estate offering a dynamic role and a competitive salary. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large estates and be well-versed in building safety regulations. The role requires a resilient, proactive professional capable of taking charge and dealing effectively with leaseholders and contractors. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the estate, ensuring the estate runs smoothly and efficiently. • Deal with leaseholders and contractors professionally and confidently. • Ensure compliance with building safety regulations and resolve any issues proactively. • Oversee the management of communal boiler systems and ensure their proper maintenance. • Liaise with relevant parties to ensure the estate is well-maintained and in good condition.
