We are seeking a professional and dynamic Estate Manager to oversee the dayâtoâday operations of a prestigious mixedâuse development in London.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the dayâtoâday management and presentation of the estate
Lead, develop, and motivate the onâsite team (concierge, facilities, cleaning, and security)
Build strong relationships with residents, commercial occupiers, and local stakeholders
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Building Safety, and other statutory requirements
Manage contractors, service providers, and maintenance works to the highest standards
Take ownership of resident engagement, community initiatives, and public realm management
Monitor budgets, KPIs, and service standards, reporting regularly to the managing agent
Act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication and issue resolution
About You
Proven Estate Management and facilities experience within a residential/mixedâuse development
Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and manage a multiâdisciplinary team
Excellent communication and relationshipâbuilding abilities
Proactive, organised, and detailâoriented with a commitment to excellence
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety compliance and contractor management
