We’re looking to expand our Temporary Team in Liverpool. If you’re an experienced Residential Estate or Hotel (4* or 5*) Concierge we want to hear from you! Shift patterns will vary. We can work around your schedule.
Typical Duties:
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to residents and guests.
- Man the concierge desk and handle enquiries and deliveries.
- Managing incoming post and parcels.
- Security patrols of the estate and monitoring CCTV.
- Reporting site issues to the management company.
- Maintain a tidy and well-presented environment and cleaning the communal areas.
- Monitor health and safety.
- Monitor the parking area for the estate and manage access.
