This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some property experience who is organised, enthusiastic and keen to build a long-term career within the property industry. You'll provide essential administrative support to the property management team, helping ensure day-to-day processes run smoothly and a professional service is delivered to clients.

What's on Offer?

  • Supportive team: A close-knit, collaborative environment with property management, accounts and administrative support.
  • Training and development: Opportunities to learn, build new skills and develop professionally.
  • Career progression: Potential to progress into an Assistant Property Manager role or finance support, depending on your strengths, interests and performance.
  • Annual leave: 23 days, increasing to 25 days after two years' full service.
  • Team culture: A relaxed, professional office environment with regular informal socials, games, drinks and snacks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the property management team.
  • Assisting with property records, documentation, correspondence and general office administration.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring processes are followed consistently.
  • Supporting client, leaseholder and contractor communications.
  • Managing tasks efficiently, keeping on top of deadlines and following actions through to completion.
  • Supporting colleagues and contributing to the smooth running of the office.

About You

Previous property experience would be beneficial, but attitude, organisation and a willingness to learn are just as important.

We're looking for someone proactive, dependable and motivated to develop.

You'll ideally have:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • An enthusiastic, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to work.
  • The ability to follow processes, manage multiple tasks and maintain high standards.
