The Company

My client is a stealth mode technology company backed by leaders in the trading and AI infrastructure space. They are building a first-of-its-kind trading platform to buy and sell GPU compute as a commodity, enabling access to high-performance compute resources in real time. The business is founded and supported by world-class experts in trading systems, distributed infrastructure, and deep tech.

They are now looking for an exceptional engineer to join the founding team – someone who’s ready to take ownership, shape the platform’s direction, and play a pivotal role in scaling the company.

The Opportunity

• Be one of the first key technical hires and build a 0-1 platform with enormous growth potential.
• Work closely with the founders to design and build real-time trading and infrastructure systems.
• Have significant autonomy and influence over technology choices, product direction, and architecture.
• Grow into a VP Engineering, CTO, or similar leadership position as the company scales.

Who We’re Looking For

• A technically outstanding engineer who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and wants to take real ownership in what they build.
• Experience working in a well-known start-up that has successfully scaled.
• Exposure to early-stage growth – you’ve seen what “good” looks like and now want to help build it yourself.
• A strong academic background – ideally in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline from a top university.
• Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, and cloud-native systems.
• Typescript (for frontend or backend services).
• PostgreSQL and real-time data streaming.
• Experience building high-performance, real-time, or distributed systems – ideally in fintech, trading, or infrastructure-scale environments (though other domains are welcome).
