We're hiring two Principal Recruitment Consultants to build, scale, and ultimately own a high-performing desk within any market. This role is designed for a proven 360 recruiter (3–8 years' experience) who believes in building something long term, someone who has already built their own desk and now wants the autonomy, financial upside, and future equity that matches their ambition. You may come from Law, IT, Energy, Hospitality, or any specialist vertical. What matters is your track record of business development, billing success, and belief in growing a sustainable revenue stream. This is not a KPI-heavy environment. We trust experienced recruiters to run their desk like a business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and grow your own specialist desk within your chosen market
- Generate new business through consistent, strategic business development activity
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Establish yourself as a market specialist within your vertical
- Develop a visible, trackable P&L for your desk
- Scale your desk into a team once revenue milestones are achieved
- Hire and manage your own team with autonomy and support
You'll start by building your own revenue stream. As your desk grows, you'll gain the freedom and responsibility to scale it in whatever direction you see fit.
What We're Looking For
- 3–8 years' experience in recruitment (agency experience essential)
- Proven track record of business development and consistent billings
- Demonstrated experience building and sustaining your own desk
- Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- Desire to build long-term value, not just hit short-term targets
- Leadership ambition — ready to build and manage a team
We're looking for someone who sees recruitment as building a business, not just filling roles.
What We Provide
- 100% remote working
- Fully established infrastructure
- All recruitment software, licenses, and systems
- A very lucrative commission structure
- Operational support so you can focus on revenue
- A non-KPI-driven culture built around trust and performance
- Once your desk reaches partner level, you will receive real shares in the business — not options or EMI schemes
- David Lloyd membership after your first 3 deals
We believe in fair reward for real contribution — financially and professionally. If you believe in building something meaningful, want visible P&L ownership, and want your earnings to reflect your effort, get in touch.
