This is an entry-level position for someone keen to start a career in fintech in a client-facing role. You will provide high-quality customer care to a range of clients, using your German and English language skills to support the wider team and ensure an excellent client experience.
Key responsibilities:- Act as a first point of contact for clients, responding to queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle inbound calls and other communications in German, then relay and document information in English for non-German-speaking colleagues.
- Translate client needs and queries clearly and accurately between German and English.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing friendly, efficient, and solution-focused support.
- Work closely with internal teams (such as Sales, Recoveries, and Analytics) to resolve issues and follow up on client requests.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and help identify recurring issues or process improvements.
