Key responsibilities:
  • Act as a first point of contact for clients, responding to queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handle inbound calls and work quickly to resolve queries.

  • Work closely with internal teams (such as Sales, Recoveries, and Analytics) to resolve issues and follow up on client requests.
