Business Analyst

Role Overview:

The company is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience to help bridge the gap between business objectives, user needs, and technical execution. This individual will play a critical role in driving clarity across teams, optimising workflows, and supporting the delivery of innovative insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acts as a key liaison between stakeholders across business, product, and engineering functions
• Defines and documents business requirements and system enhancements
• Analyses processes, user journeys, and data to generate actionable insights
• Leads discovery sessions to gather input and define clear success metrics
• Translates complex insurance workflows into scalable, tech-driven solutions
• Supports business case development and go-to-market strategies
• Tracks KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a technology or start-up environment
• Background in insurance or financial services is highly advantageous
• Strong analytical capabilities with proven experience working closely with product and data teams
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with shifting priorities
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Excel/Sheets, or BI dashboards
• A self-starter with a proactive approach and ownership mindset
