- Design and build core front-end components in Vue.js, forming the foundation of the user interface
- Turn complex backend outputs into clear, intuitive experiences for data heavy scientific workflows
- Own user flows and interaction patterns, thinking holistically about navigation, information hierarchy, and usability
- Apply strong UX judgement to balance clarity, performance, and speed in an early-stage product
- Work closely with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and shape how data is surfaced

- Around 3+ years of front-end or web engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a commercial setting

- Strong UX instincts, especially for complex or data-rich products
- Comfort working autonomously, communicating clearly, and navigating ambiguity in a very small team
