Company: Building infrastructure that enables proactive, preventative healthcare at national scale. Today, most healthcare systems are reactive, acting only once patients are already unwell. This platform changes that by helping primary care teams identify risk earlier, intervene sooner, and deliver better outcomes, without adding operational burden to clinicians. The software already supports millions of patients and hundreds of care providers, and they are just getting started. As they scale, they are doubling down on speed, clarity, and execution while building a world-class engineering organisation that ships fast and delivers real-world health impact.

The Role: We are looking for an Engineering Manager who thrives in high-growth environments and is excited to build both teams and systems that matter. This role is about raising the bar on people, code, delivery, and culture while keeping patients and clinicians at the centre of everything. • Have a strong product and outcomes mindset
  • Are relentless about raising the bar on execution, hiring, and accountability
  • Have experience with:
  • Python and React
  • Public cloud (AWS preferred)
  • Distributed systems (e.g. Kubernetes)
